        By downloading, installing, or using the WikiTheatre application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

        2. Description of Service

        WikiTheatre is a mobile application that provides information about theatres, productions, and creative professionals in the performing arts industry. The App offers trial and subscription-based features.

        3. Subscription Terms

        Ongoing access to features require a subscription. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings.

        4. User Content

        You may have the ability to submit content to the App. You retain ownership of your content but grant us a license to use, modify, and display it in connection with the App.

        5. Prohibited Uses

        You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

• Interfere with the App's functionality

• Submit false or misleading information

        6. Intellectual Property

        The App and its content are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the App without our permission.

        7. Privacy

        Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the App.

        8. Disclaimers

        The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information in the App.

        9. Limitation of Liability

        To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

        10. Changes to Terms

        We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
